Good Shepherd Pilgrimage... “in the footsteps of Marie Fitzbach”
As part of a multicultural formation session this June and July, the Good Shepherd Sisters of Quebec have welcomed several young sisters from Lesotho (Southern Africa), Haiti and Brazil. From June 15th to the 17th, those arriving joined some companions from Quebec to journey “in the footsteps of Marie Fitzbach.” Historical visits and the spirituality of the Foundress of the Congregation, Marie-Josephte Fitzbach, were the focus of this experience. It was an exceptional opportunity to deepen the young sisters’ knowledge of the faith and the spirituality of their Foundress and also to create multicultural bonds.
